Delete Your Account

Effective: September 25, 2026

You can delete your Go Drama account and associated data at any time — no need to keep the app installed. Pick whichever path suits you.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open Go Drama, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account, and confirm. Your profile, watch history, favorites, rewards, and coins are permanently removed. If you have an active VIP subscription, also cancel it in your store settings so you are not billed again.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@godrama.app with the subject "Delete my Go Drama account" from the email address linked to your account (Google or Facebook sign-in address), or tell us the nickname shown on your profile. We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted — and what is kept

Deleted: profile and display name, avatar, watch history and progress, favorites, downloads metadata, rewards and coin balances, and feedback linked to your account. Kept only where required: minimal purchase records for tax and fraud-prevention purposes, retained securely and never used for marketing.
